It was my second time staying at this hotel and have found the staff to be consistently friendly, helpful and obliging. The hotel is in a fantastic location within close proximity with all of Glasgow's attractions and shopping district. Some nice restaurants around here too. I love the fresh modern decoration style of the hotel.

Marvellous location with public parking and next to the Kelvingrove art gallery and museum as well as Glasgow for business. Also, easy access to Renfield Street. Reasonably priced, very classy and tidy rooms with a useful desk for getting ready etc, refreshments, TV. A great selection of options, appetising food.
